"Animal" Pants

Image
I Love "crazy" fabric! :) I have used a skinny jeans pattern which I like very much. Because of the fabric print it's not so easy to see the top-stitches. The Top  is an earlier project :)     Burdastyle pattern #115 03/2014

Blouson & Skirt

Image
Scuba is fun sewing with :)      It's maybe hard to see, but this fabric is a crinkle scuba.         The blouson pattern is a from the last Burda Easy Fashion, and has inserted pockets in the princess seams.                    The skirt is from an earlier Burda Easy Fashion with a soft rounded hem.                   Yellow is a great color to combined with the lovely flower fabric.                               I think Sara looks sweet in her new outfit ♥

Criss Cross Blouse

Image
I love to try new patterns and this was not an exception... Colors makes me in a Goooood mood, so when I found this stretchy fabric I couldn't resist buying it :) The fun part with this blouse is the pleats in front and the cross over in the middle. I'm happy how it turned out and it was nice together with my Linen Jacket  as well. Burdastyle pattern #118 01/2017

Bow Tank

Image
I like this pattern a lot! It's feminine, but at the same time you can wear the tank loose since you can adjust the bow at the waist in front :)  It's the first time I have bought fabric at Truro Fabrics  and I'm so happy with this flower cotton fabric! Cheers for summer to come ☼  Burdastyle pattern #110 05/2017        I have cut the fabric on bias for the finish of the armholes and neck,  understitch to seam allowances, and then sew together by hand.

Girl's Summer Dress & Hat

Image
I made a new dress for this Cute young Lady! She loves pink so it was right on spot! :) I had a little fabric left from an earlier project, and I managed to squeezed out a little hat of the small piece as well. It's a cotton fabric with embroidery so it's really nice. The pattern is from an old BurdaStyle magazine for kids. It's an easy dress with buttons on the shoulders, and a square gathered piece for the skirt.

Biker Jacket

Image
I simply love printed fabric, and when I found this in Copenhagen I couldn't resist to buy some :)  I found the pattern in BurdaStyle 01/2017 and thought it would be nice to sew a biker jacket.  I recognized it was a bit short, so I added a few cm even though I had already shorten the zipper.. I think denim jacket is nice to wear both to a dress, skirt or pants :)          Burdastyle pattern #113 01/2017
